FOOD SAFETY PROGRAM

Gesex S.A. operates with a comprehensive business approach, identifying key factors in the supply chain: fields – processing plants – exporter – customers/receivers, and implementing quality and safety programs to ensure the delivery of a safe product.

Through the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard, we monitor these programs and implement actions for continuous improvement. In addition, our group is made up of fields and processing plants that are certified under GAP and GMP standards, both of which are focused on process safety.

We have strict traceability procedures that allow for timely product identification at any stage of the supply chain and rapid response to the needs of our receivers and customers, with whom we maintain direct and effective communication channels.

TRACEABILITY

Gesex makes sure that all information is communicated to its customers and ensures produce traceability throughout the supply chain. A series of measures and actions have been taken, and procedures have been implemented and are followed, also incorporating new technologies, all aimed at enabling the registration and identification of our produce from its origin to its final destination.
