FOOD SAFETY PROGRAM

Gesex S.A. operates with an integral business approach, identifying key factors in the
supply chain: orchards – processing plants – exporting company – customers/receivers,
and implementing quality and safety programs to ensure the delivery of a safe product.

Through the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 quality standard norm, we monitor these programs and implement actions for continuous improvement. Furthermore, our group is integrated by Global GAP and GMP standards certified orchards and processing plants, both focused on the innocuity of processes.

We have strict traceability procedures that allow timely product identification at any stage
of the supply chain and rapid response to the needs of our receivers and customers, with
whom we maintain direct and effective communication channels.

TRACEABILITY

Gesex makes sure that all information is communicated to its customers and ensures produce traceability throughout the supply chain.

A series of measures and actions have been taken, and procedures have been implemented and are followed, also incorporating new technologies, all aimed at enabling the registration and identification of our produce from its origin to its final destination.
